ORDERING PROCESS All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the product has been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice at any time. All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
PAYMENT Payment can be made using Visa or MasterCard. All payments must be made in AUD.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY We currently only ship within Australia. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product. We will do our best to ensure that your product is delivered to you as soon as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
RETURNS & REFUND We at Himvera believe in conscientious shopping and encourage you to make considered choices when purchasing our items as we only offer Returns due to change of mind. Please see our Returns Policy for the faulty items procedure. Sale items cannot be returned.
